This past Sunday we had a second hour discussion regarding the possible Clear Creek grant application to Faith in Place for a three-year project to plant and maintain trees in a low-income neighborhood (near Baxter School). More details were provided in last week’s email announcing the discussion.
At last Sunday’s meeting, Friends present felt there was sufficient interest to hold a called meeting for business this Sunday, May 3, after a time of celebration of Blaise and Arson, to consider whether Clear Creek is called at this time to take up this project. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Gwen or Margaret (email addresses in the previous email) or to Jana who will clerk the called meeting for business.
